Agoura Hills Mall Opening Planned

The $10-million Agoura Hills City Mall, on the west side of Kanan Road just north of Thousand Oaks Boulevard, will hold opening ceremonies Oct. 26 and 27.
One of the 75,000-square-foot retail center’s anchor tenants, Security Pacific National Bank, already opened, and tenant improvement work for the other tenants is due to start in September.
The Kanan Group, a limited partnership headed by Martin S. Greene and Monty Morton, is the developer, and Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services is handling leasing.
