Tulane University must turn over the grades, admissions and attendance records of 11 students allegedly involved in the point-shaving scandal to lawyers for John (Hot Rod) Williams, a state judge ruled.
The list included a new name--Jeff Epstein, whom prosecutors identified as an unindicted co-conspirator.
Judge Alvin Oser said he will decide during Williams’ trial, scheduled to begin Aug. 12, whether lawyers for the former Green Wave basketball star can use the records as evidence.
