Countryside Homes Opens First Phase

The Countryside in Corona, a community of 72 single-family homes by DSL Service Co., opens its first phase this weekend with 37 homes. Eight units are pre-sold.
Four model homes, decorated by Ron Sasse Inc., may be viewed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily at Fullerton and Ontario avenues. Lots range from 5,000 to 13,000 square feet.
The homes are priced from $99,900 to $139,500 for a selection of five one- and two-story plans ranging in size from 1,323 to 1,988 square feet with three and four bedrooms and two, 2 1/2 or three baths. The architect is Aram Bassenian.
Features include central air conditioning, ceramic tile entries and kitchen countertops, wood burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, rear yard fencing and oversized two- or optional three-car garages.
The first homes will be ready for occupancy in November.
