THE DISNEY BOYS

While the boys at Disney are busy protecting the “pristine” image of the studio by releasing certain pictures through a different company (Touchstone Films), I hope they’ll have the good sense to distribute their 5-frame per second Saturday morning drivel (“The Wuzzles” and “Gummi Bears”) under a name other than Disney (“Team Disney--Flying High in Burbank,” by David T. Friendly, July 28).
Linking poor animation techniques with Disney Productions could do more damage to its reputation than all of their other asinine proposals combined.
