In Ruth Reichl’s first impression of Primi (Restaurants, July 26), a new restaurant on Pico Boulevard, she omitted one fact, to wit, that it is almost directly across the street from Marty’s hot dog stand, a neighborhood landmark for many years, where a cheeseburger and a small root beer will give you a lunch fit for a king ($2.40).
