Single-Family Homes Series to Open Today in Riverside

The Presidential Series by Concordia Development Corp. opens today in the Canyon Crest area of Riverside, with 52 two-to-four-bedroom single-family houses priced from $83,990 to $118,990.
The houses are offered in five one- and two-story floor plans with 928 to 1,840 square feet of living area. First move-ins are scheduled for November and FHA and VA financing is available.
Standard features include vaulted ceilings in living rooms and bedrooms, built-in plant shelves, central air conditioning, wood-burning fireplaces and concrete tile roofs. Kitchens have hardwood cabinets and breakfast bars and nooks in most plans.
Exteriors feature stone, brick, siding and wood trim. The two- and three-car attached garages have direct access to the homes.
Furnished models and a sales center are open daily from 10 a.m. to dusk at 1210 New London Place, reached from the Central Avenue exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
