New Ralphs Hiring Policy

Thank you for your article describing the policy Ralphs now employs, firing well-paid workers in order to hire new workers at much lower salaries. Although I have shopped at Ralphs for 20 years and it is the store most convenient to my home, I shall now go out of my way to shop elsewhere. Employers using such despicable labor practices should not be patronized.
