Defeat of Proposition 1
Well, it’s about time the residents of Los Angeles did somethings about the lack of police protection. They voted to keep things as bad as they are, by turning down Proposition 1.
No resident better have the nerve to complain about why it takes an LAPD radio car an exceptionally long time to respond to their calls for help (robbery, burglary, shootings, rapes and other routine matters that occur daily in Los Angeles).
Sixty dollars a year more in taxes? Too big a price to pay for Los Angeles residents to feel just a little more comfortable? I hope all of you Los Angeles residents have one hell of a good time with that awesome $60 you’re saving. Go out and see 12 good cops and robbers movies with that money.
