Santa Monica Developing Rule to Be Explained

A panel of Santa Monica city officials and real estate experts will conduct a public service seminar-luncheon Wednesday to explain property development requirements under the land use and circulation element adopted last October by Santa Monica.
The $50 session, co-sponsored by Muselli & Heyman Commercial Realtors, Santa Monica, will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Bayview Plaza, 530 Pico Blvd., Santa Monica.
