A foothill location within three miles of three public golf courses is featured in the 308-unit Rancho La Verne development by Lewis Homes of Upland, opening today in La Verne.
The 24 three- and four-bedroom, single-family detached houses in the first phase range in size from 1,633 to 2,314 square feet and are priced from $144,950 to $189,950. Five one- and two-story floor plans and 12 exterior designs are available.
Standard features include concrete tile roofs, bay windows, sloped ceilings and air conditioning, two- and three-car garages and indoor laundry rooms. First move-ins are scheduled for late May.
Three furnished models are open daily, except Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wheeler Avenue, reached from the Foothill Boulevard exit of the Foothill (210) Freeway.
