Walter Stoeppelwerth of Washington, D.C. received Beverly Hills contractor Harold Hammerman’s trophy for “excellence in training and education in the remodeling industry” at the recent National Assn. of the Remodeling Industry convention in Atlantic City. The annual award was established in 1978.
