Soviet Diplomat Disappears in India

NEW DELHI — A Soviet diplomat has been missing since he went jogging in a park Sunday morning, police said today.
Igor Gezha, 37, third secretary in the Soviet Embassy’s information department, did not return from his usual morning run at Lodi Gardens, police said. His car was found parked outside the park.
