Development of 40 Homes Will Open Today in Chino

Brandywine, a development of 40 single-family homes, opens today in Chino.

Priced from $111,950 to $123,950, the houses are available with 30-year, fixed-rate financing at 12 7/8% and 5% down. Veterans can move in with only $1,750 and 12 1/2% financing.

Each home will have three bedrooms, a formal dining area, breakfast nook, family room and kitchen with pantry in 1,433 to 1,901 square feet of space. A two-story plan also has a 200-square-foot room, with its own outside entrance, that can be used as a bedroom, guest room, playroom, office, hobby room or workshop.

The sales office and two furnished models are open daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at Pipeline and Walnut avenues, reached from the Riverside Drive exit of the Corona Expressway (71 Freeway).

Brandywine is a project of West Venture Development Co., which has scheduled first move-ins in August.
