2nd Briton Kidnaped in Beirut

LONDON — A British businessman who worked for an oil company was kidnaped today outside his hotel in West Beirut, the Foreign Office said. He was the second Briton kidnaped in two days in the Muslim sector of the capital. The businessman’s car was blown up as he was bundled by kidnapers into their car and driven off, a Foreign Office spokesman said.
