The Ducommun Electronics Group, Cypress, has appointed H. Richard Byrne to the position of vice president of finance and administration. The Ducommun group also appointed three controllers: Henry Huta for the Ducommun Electronics Group, Blair Sellers at Kierulff Electronics and Ken Lindt at Ducommun Data Systems. Byrne joined Kierulff Electronics in March, 1984, as a senior vice president after having served as vice president and treasurer for the parent corporation, Ducommun Inc.
