The Los Angeles office of HNTB, Kansas City, Mo.-based architectural, engineering and planning firm, will move from 621 S. Westmoreland Ave. to 10,000 square feet of space in the Wiltern Center at Western Avenue and Wilshire Boulevard.
When the move is completed by the end of this month, the 50-employee firm, also known as Howard Needles Tammen & Bergendoff, will have joined 16 tenants in the 80,000-square-foot 1930-vintage Art Deco project. The project is a joint venture development of Ratkovich, Bowers & Perez Inc., Los Angeles, and Bronco Ltd., Pasadena.
About 15,000 square feet of space remains to be leased in the project, which includes the 2,400-seat Wiltern Theater and the Upstage Cafe, a restaurant on the Wilshire Boulevard side scheduled to open in March or April.
