Chile Executes 2 for Killing 8 Men, 2 women

QUILLOTA, Chile — Two former policemen convicted of murdering eight men and two women in a series of sex attacks in the Chilean resort of Vina del Mar were executed by firing squad shortly before dawn Tuesday.
Jorge Sagredo and Carlos Topp Collins were shot in a courtyard in the prison at Quillota.
