3 Family Members Found Dead

FRESNO — Three members of the same family were found shot to death at different locations in Fresno this morning in what appears to be a double homicide-suicide, police said.

The bodies, found in three different houses, were believed to be a brother and sister and their mother, Sgt. Bob Milla said, but the identities were not immediately released. “Apparently one of them shot the other two and then left a note and shot herself,” Milla said. “It looks like it may have been the sister.”
