The Los Angeles-based firm and several of its attorneys stand accused in a $25-million lawsuit of engaging in racketeering to harm a medical group that sued the firm for allegedly selling faulty computer systems. Santa Ana-based Pan American Medical Group sued in U.S. District Court in Orange County under a federal statute. The suit names Northrop and its now-defunct commercial computer unit; in-house attorneys Ralph Blair and William Elliott; the law firm of Cutler & Cutler, and Felice Cutler, a member of that firm.
