Baseball: Final game in U.S.-Japan series

A group of Southern California baseball all-stars will play the final game of a three-game series against a team from Japan today at 1 p.m. at the Major League Baseball Urban Youth Academy in Compton.

Among the players participating are Cory Hahn from Santa Ana Mater Dei, Cody Buckel from Simi Valley Royal, Christian Yelich from Westlake Village Westlake, Lonnie Kaupilla from Burbank, Angelo Gumbs from Torrance and Henry Owens from Huntington Beach Edison.
