Santa Ana Mater Dei has taken a 3-2 lead over Anaheim Esperanza after three innings of their semifinal game of the National Classic.

Aaron Northcraft and Brian Frattali had doubles in the third inning, and Tommy Colton had an RBI single. Mater Dei has eight hits in three innings off Garrett Skomsvold.
