Sac-Joaquin Section commissioner Pete Saco alleged Tuesday that 14 Franklin High (located in the city of Stockton in NorCal) football players from American Samoa committed 22 violations of California Interscholastic Federation Sac-Joaquin Section bylaws.
The six-month investigation covers players from the 2004 season to the present. Ten violations are for transfer eligibility, eight for undue influence and four for submitting fraudulent information.
