IN CUSTODY: The season premiere of “Weeds” finds Nancy (Mary-Louise Parker) still in custody while her family is overseas at 10:05 p.m. on Showtime.

James May’s Road Trip:
James and Oz visit wineries in Napa Valley where James decides about wine preferences in this new episode (7:20 and 10:20 p.m. BBC America). Off Limits: In the new episode “Buffalo” Don explores a tunnel from the 1800s, a 100-year-old powerhouse and concrete grain elevators (9 p.m. Travel).
Abraham and Mary Lincoln: A House Divided: In Part 2, the Lincoln marriage survives Abraham’s congressional career and election to the presidency (10 p.m. KOCE).
Vanished With Beth Holloway: This new episode investigates the case of a couple who vanished from the streets of downtown Philadelphia and the case of a teenage paperboy becomes the first milk-carton-kid (10 p.m. Lifetime).
The Big C: As a new season opens, Cathy’s (Laura Linney) pursuit of a second opinion strains her relationship with Dr. Todd (Reid Scott). John Benjamin Hickey, Gabriel Basso, Oliver Platt, Cynthia Nixon and Gabourey Sidibe also star (10:30 p.m. Showtime).

Gone:
To save her kidnapped daughter, a nurse must kill a hospital patient in this new drama starring. Molly Parker and Lochlyn Munro (8 p.m. Lifetime). Hot Coffee: Lawyer-turned-filmmaker Susan Saladoff takes documents ramifications from the case of Stella Liebeck, who became the poster child for the war on so-called frivolous lawsuits when she was scalded by a cup of McDonald’s coffee and sued the fast-food chain (9 p.m. HBO).
